Event and Participation
“SME ReachOut: FUND Fair plus Tech Sourcing 2025” under the theme “FUND Tech Go" brought together funding schemes, technology solutions, and professional services to support Hong Kong SMEs. Times Audio Visual also hosted an exhibition booth at the Fair, showcasing hybrid events, live streaming, and video production solutions to SMEs and other stakeholders.
Our Live Streaming Support
TimesAV provided end-to-end technical support for multi-camera live streaming of key sessions and activities during the Fair, helping extend the event to online audiences. Services included streaming setup, platform integration, live mixing, graphics overlay, and recording backup, tailored to the organizers’ rundown and technical requirements.
On-site Video and Photo Shooting
A dedicated crew was assigned for on-site video and photo shooting, covering opening ceremonies, keynote sessions, exhibition highlights, tech demonstrations, and attendee interactions across both days. All visuals were captured in high-quality formats suitable for same-day social media use, marketing collaterals, and subsequent corporate or promotional edits.
Post-production Services
TimesAV handled post-production of event highlight videos, including editing, color correction, audio enhancement, captioning/subtitling, and basic motion graphics as required. Final deliverables included a main highlight reel, short social media clips, and archival versions for the organizers and partners, subject to the agreed scope.
