The event was held on 25 June 2024, sponsored by the Environment and Conservation Fund of the Government of HKSAR, with assistance from the Hong Kong Productivity Council and organised by the Hong Kong Catering Industry Association. Representatives from various sectors, organisations, institutions, and corporations including the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, Lee Kum Kee Sauce Group, foodpanda Hong Kong, Café de Coral Group Limited, Food Smart Partnership Program, etc. were in attendance. Together, they propelled the advancement of carbon neutrality within the Hong Kong catering industry.
