The "星島第二屆全港華文雙語菁英問答比賽總決賽" is organised by Sing Tao News Corporation and sponsored by the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research. This competition aims to stimulate public interest in the Chinese language, encouraging a deeper exploration of its origins and an understanding of the differences between Cantonese and Mandarin, thereby enhancing language proficiency. Moreover, by encouraging parents and students to participate together, the competition promotes the concept of "parent-child co-learning," fostering students' interest in the Chinese language and enhancing parent-child relationships through learning.

Times Audio Visual Production Limited (TimesAV) is honoured to once again collaborate with Sing Tao and successfully held the Grand Final of the second All Hong Kong Chinese and English Elite Quiz Competition on 5th July 2024. Elite students from secondary schools across Hong Kong gathered to compete for the ultimate honour. The smooth execution of the competition further promoted the development of the Chinese language in Hong Kong.
